RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
We send out all our products with love and precision, yet if you happen to receive the wrong product (other than ordered) then you can send us an exchange or return request at bulkysanta@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product. An executive will respond to your request within 24 working hours.
Returns and Replacements are done only if wrong products or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
Customer need to Self-ship the product to us.
Please make sure that when the product is being returned or exchanged:
- Proper un-packing video of the product required to being qualified for return or exchange.
- Exchange or return will only be done for wrong (other than ordered) or defective items.
- Exchange or return request shall be raised within 48 hours of delivery. After that, we will not be able to entertain any requests.
- Customer need to self-ship the product to us within 3 days after the product delivery.
- Exchange will be done only once for one piece.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once the shipment is received at our warehouse and checked for quality.
- In case, the product fails our quality inspection, the product will be shipped back to you.
Return:
- Do not return any product(s) before receiving a confirmation email from us for the same.
- All shipping costs of returning the defective products to be paid by customers.
- We will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong.
- No refund will be given by us if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order.
Cancellation Policy:
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
